To act professional in your presentation is to using your knowledge in real life situation or daily encounter experiences. In my past, most of the lecturers like my presentation because I related it with daily encounter situations and it’s more understandable.

Tell me, who can understand every single point by listening to you; if you extract it from books without explain in your own ways.

I am not major in marketing but I understand some of the concepts: (lecturer=judge)
1. Find the background of the lecturer before you plan
2. Know your lecturer gender and age
3. Be friend to that lecturer, it will be trouble if your lecturer isn’t friendly (especially my marketing lecturer)

1.This is important because if your lecturer isn’t IT background and you said so much about IT without explaining from the most basic, your lecturer would catch the whole thing you said, which will lead to boring.
2.I not trying to be sexist here, but basically older women like kitchen, modern women more into shopping and foods. It’s hard to predict but you can find it out through your seniors.
3.Very important, if you got the above 1 and 2, and you can master the 3, then your lecturer will always give you good impression.

My lecturer and uncle told me the same thing, what you memorize and what you apply is totally differences, this is why you can easily forget what you memorize at certain period, but if you apply into real life situation, it will stay forever.

As long you do the right thing, your effort won't go into waste.

Disrespect and inconsiderate

Ya.. I dislike this kind of people. What do you call a person who uses religion as a test to check you lie or not? I call that disrespect and inconsiderate, I almost can’t hold myself to give a punch to their face. What a bimbo who criticize us by the name of religion.

It was because of tonight rehearsal, the time was arranged without our approval, that’s one inconsiderate. It was start at 7.30pm and we were there at 6.50pm and wait till 8.26 only they start the rehearsal due to disorganize and late comer group members. Who to blame? I blame project manager, the PM should told everyone instead of asking others to forward message, only a lazy bum PM will act that way. When PM gets blamed, who get fired at the end? The chances more than 70% the leader/PM get fired, not us. When group members can’t work together who get blamed? The answers still depend on the leader for lack of leadership. When group members dismiss themselves, who get blamed? Still the leader fault at first.

There’s no such thing as weak leader, the word itself means you lead the people around you and if you can’t, you don’t deserve to be called and you should get replaced immediately.

But that’s not my only problem; another problem is too many “book smart” people. Let me tell you something, most of the time, a book smart can’t considerate other people feeling, they only think what best for them and others without approval from others because they thought what they did are the best for everyone. But for me, no such thing exist in my mind, you can’t never satisfy everyone, when you said you can satisfy everyone, that’s mean you only think of yourself and didn’t considerate about others.

I don’t like to rank in my blog but can’t help it because I’m not in the mood because of them.

Why people can’t get along?

This question pop out my mind when I chatting with my foreigner friends who have been very good friend of mine. We can chat all day long with any topics, we share our sweats and tears and we counsel each other with all experience we had gone through. No conflict can make us apart, we becoming stronger person every time we shared our problem and listen to those who experienced it before. Even though I didn’t see any of their photos at the beginning but now, I can imagine how pretty is that person to be able to stand up for people and not just for them. Even at this moment after spent 7 months together, she can read my mind by guessing it correct. For example, I said I so happy today… and she guesses the reason correctly and almost everything she can guess it right. From there I learnt that we are contacting from heart to heart from soul to another soul.

The problems with the people in this era are incurable. They come by lust and selfishness in them. What they see is not the problem but what conclusion they made in their mind is the biggest problem. For example, someone perform a very good talent in their videos and there’s ignorant brags curse the person for having no life or posting unmotivated comment after seeing their appearance.

People who uploaded their talent in YouTube were not just for show off but to improve themselves from the comments of viewers. From there, they can get better and success in their career while enjoying in what they doing.

We human are very screwed up; first impression is the most important thing in life. Let me give you the situation that will prove what I trying to say here. First situation, If you see the ugliest person (in your point of view) in front of you, will upfront yourself talking to him/her like how you talk with other people beside him? . Second situation, you are very depress after your activities or works and you want to find someone to chat and you happen to have a very good buddy who always happen to advise you and give you motivation in life and both of you spent good time together. By the time you see his/her in person, you found his/her appearance kinda disappointed you, and will you continue to friend with that person? Will you easily throw away your bond just for your lust? Will you let your selfishness overpower your heart and mind?

Please wake up, this world is not about you but about people around you, without people around you, how you be able to be recognized, and gain fame?

By the time you find someone appearance are bothering you, you lose your dignity and gain something called “eye sore”. That reason you get that kind of thoughts because of your mind “first impression” and the rest are undefined until you make your approach.

I believe we are just a soul in our body, by the time we make friend with another people; we are actually contact with another soul. Imagine you are in the dark room, where you can’t see anyone but able to hear voices, and from there you converse so confidently without knowing how they look like. By the time you knowing their appearance disgrace or depress you, you put a borderline in your converse because you don’t want a further relationship with that particular person.

What conclusion can you make after reading what I wrote above?

It’s all about mind control. We had been brainwashed by lots of people and media we seeing every day such as Television, newspapers and Internet. So for now, let our heart do the talking. Let’s stand by our own feet and live for a better future by treating everyone the same as others.

Apple ipod nano, Iphone and Ipod Touch marketing strategies.

Recently Apple release Ipod touch 32gb and 64gb model with extra features that didn’t include in the 8gb. If you do some research in google search about the latest ipod touch released, most of the internet user or apple’s customers will argue about the ipod touch still didn’t include the camera whereas the ipod nano had it implemented.

Let’s think in three dimensions. Ipod nano was not famous than ipod touch because of the price range. Most people who can afford ipod nano will fork out few money or wait for their salary to get ipod touch. You know iphone its expensive as 3x the price of ipod touch.

Ipod nano=portability and target for outgoing person
Ipod touch= apple itself label ipod touch as “game machine” and mainly target teenagers
iphone= music player + smart phone, target anyone who can afford to buy..its a great gadget afterall.

Let’s talk about it, why apple include camera that can capture video in ipod nano and not ipod touch? It’s simple logic for a business, if you have a product that can’t much sales as other products then you have to do something about it. So apple include camera in ipod nano, looks how many people bought it since released? I bet its more than you can imagine. Imagine if the camera implemented in ipod touch, then ipod nano will stay low in sales and apple have to stop reproduce in short time since demand=profit. Not just ipod nano will drop in sales, even iphone can be affected by it.

Remember the price range.
Well I will use Malaysia currency to explain it.
Below RM700 = ipod nano
RM700-RM1600= ipod touch 8gb,32gb,64gb
RM2300 and more = iphone3gs

Basically for normal income group, they prefer to own a look alike iphone because iphone too expensive to own for non-working people. But for the sake of camera and 2x speed of processor and more features.. they go diet for iphone. But if only Apple implemented a camera in the ipod touch, can you imagine how high is the sales for the ipod touch? I bet it can rise higher than iphone3gs and ipod nano.
Apple has good marketing strategies.

Think of your own business situation.. if Apple ask you what should they do to maintain their product line of ipod in their next upgrade. Will you ever want to implemented camera in ipod touch? Can you foresee what will happen to iphone and ipod nano sales ??

Hell Week

Disaster week!, Organisation and Management’s web design assignment, Financial information system’s QuickBooks assignment, Business Information system midterm test, and Business Information system Lab test.

All happen this week. Wednesday submit my web, the same day I have my BIS test.. yet I haven’t even revise it and this coming Saturday lab test also no yet revise. FIS assignment due on next Monday and I have difficulty in understanding the uses in QuickBooks software. I hate this hell week and I hope I can do well.

What does friend means to you?

To me, friend is like another person who has their own goal and way of life in themselves. They are not tools that we used for our own desires. We don’t have to believe in them as we depend on someone. Why? Because they are human, and human have their own emotion and perspective in life and you can’t denied that unless you can’t understand yourself.

You can’t change them even if you dislike their behaviour and attitude but to accept it. But what if they did something that get into your nerves? You scold them, and then break the friendship that you build up all the while? Maybe they really get into your nerve most of the time and you wish they never exist at the first place. Or we can maintain our friendship by looking at their positive side rather than their negative side. I always know human are so easy to be manipulate, most of the time when they get moody, they only remember what your weakness and blame you for what you not good at instead of what you capable to do. What does friendship means to you? Does that even cross your mind? What if the person you going to break up is the person who care about you the most and your thoughts keep killing your bond because of what you see in their weakness and not what they can do when you need them?

Don’t even tell me you can live without a friend, without a friend, you lose everything, you will never know what you are, you will never recall your own name, you will never know what you capable of, you will never know you are exist in this world. It may sound ridiculous, but it’s true.

What a shame human race we living in, most of the time people tend to find a good looking person or talent people to friend with. What are these people? Egoistic ? How can you make such conclusion? Do you know how long does it take to know someone and they start to share their REAL feeling and problem to you? For me, it took me at least a year. Be aware of that, most people are faking their inner self and express themselves in another way to tell you different story.

When do you label a person as your friend? You don’t abuse the word itself, if you did, you will have hard time to differentiate your trustiness.

You don’t tell your friends what they must do and don’t. But you tell them what are right and wrong to you. If you told them do and don’t, you already make an indirect insult to their stance.

If you can’t maintain the bonds, how can you even get a business partner? What worst, a spouse!

A real friend, they don’t come to you, and you only to voice out, here they are. If they don’t, you yourself aren’t good enough to call them your friend.

Swinburne - Prom Nite

Hey guys, its has been a long time I didn't update my blog.. what I going to share here is my Prom nite at Four Point Hotel. Basically, Four Point Hotel by Sheraton juz newly open and not even a year yet. Besides that,the hotel design look very familiar with the RH Hotel design in Sibu.

Ok.. the theme for that nite is Masquerade.. wonder what it is?




The rainforest ballroom is big enough to occupy roughly 100 tables. But that nite only used 40+ tables. Despite the cosplay show, haircut show, performance show, best mask show, and prom king and queen show, I like the winner of the best mask. Wonder what mask that won that nite? It is V for vendetta o Coz!!

Everytime when I mention I bought something online, my friends will ask several questions:

1. You not afraid they will scam your money?
2. You not afraid received a faulty item?
3. You not afraid the delivery man steals the item?
4. You not regret to get something different from what you expected? Especially T-shirt quality I bought lately.

Wanna know what I answered?
O Coz I don’t want anything bad to happen and I aware of it since scamming in online world can save yourself if you are skilled. So I have to be careful and fully aware of everything around when going to deal with someone online.

Be smart when buying something online and you can even save more amount than u buy in retail shop.

1. Always check seller sales history/ successful trade list/ feedback
-this is to ensure you dealing with someone who can be trust

2. Always google search their username or bank account name.
-this is to know the history background of the person… if there’s many threatening site about that particular person, you must be aware of that person, if possible avoid dealing with them.

3. Always look for alternative sales threads which have a better offer.
-you can always look for other sales threads as a better option and bargain

4. Always ask the seller using your favorable postage company (if required).
-this is because most sellers didn’t know which companies are more efficient at your local area. As far as I know, pos laju, sure reach, and sky net deliver my items within 24hr. Whereas City-Link didn’t deliver within 24hr and yet more expensive.

5. Say Yes to OEM.
-OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) goods are way more cheaper than retail goods. Even though your items may be in a plain looking packaging but you save hundreds. However, you must aware of some OEM goods because they tend to have shortened warranty period compare to retail. I bought Genuine Microsoft Vista Basic for RM50 (OEM version) whereas the retail price is RM280 ( I save RM230 hahaha) XD

Personally I like to shop online because I can get a cheaper price compare to store nearby. I already spent RM1389 for the past 9 months. O coz I didn’t spent that amount all in my items; I also helping others who are closer to me to buy something online.

I love my fried black pepper chicken.. if u guys wanna know how to cook it..its simple.
1st u heat up the sauce pan > add oil > fried the chicken till golden brown then add the black pepper(liquid form) then some chopped ginger n finally spoonful of sugar and let it boil for few mins till the sauces getting thicker than before. I chopped the end of the vegetable to use it as garnish since its look alike rose.

What happen when you have an unprofessional lecturer?
I remember the first lecture I attended , I feel annoyed with her way of deliver the speech… she use some sort of underclass english like ending every sentences with leh…meh..lah..la..

During her lecture, she just sit and face cover by the monitor…then start blah blah blah… She can repeat the nonsense thing more than 10 times…which others and me leave the class in the middle of her lecture.. quite depressing every time attend her lecture because when she start to go to main topic of the chapter..she start to skip it and talk nonsense over and over..
First week is ok…full student…2nd week few ppl not attend…3rd week… less than half attend… sad aren’t?

Juz now preparing n cook this fish with butter sauce for nearly a hour.
Actually making the batter for fried fish taking a lots of time. But the end product taste great :D
For the sauce, I juz melt the butter, pour a little of milk then cheese.. smell sweet and appetizing.

H1N1 ??? or juz happen to have those symptoms

Ok, I have running nose, cough, headache, difficulty breathing and high fever all together this afternoon and I got well already.. Even my housemate said I got H1N1 because of all the symptoms I suffer. Luckily I read 1 of my friend’s facebook posted about build up immune system against H1N1 by taking enough vitamins C.

All I did was drinking carrot juice and eat apple when I have a bit fever then sleep in air-conditional room for 3 hours too cool down my body temperature...my head feel like boiling even in air-conditional room. After that, I move to another room and sweating..Then I realize something important..did I get the infection last outing?

This is because I went to Cybercafe and happen to see those DotA players having competition. Actually I went there to play Left4Dead but the entire computers reserved for the competition. It was crowded and full of emo kids so my friends and I went back and come back again tomorrow.

Wonder how I get well?? I follow what my father did before... get a cold damp cloth and cover your whole face . Then sweat yourself by exercise or wearing more clothes. Also I want to thanks my housemate for giving me pain killer

Lunch at Pizza Hut

Sup yo, today have lunch with my friends at Pizza hut to try out the latest menu.


The baked rice presentation is badass, all i can see is cheese top of rice.. doesn't taste great at all.

The pizza taste great... i think they only good in making pizza, next time i better order pizza only.

The mushroom soup is tasteless, too light for me, so I add cheese powder on top of it

The spaghetti noodle taste like overcook or they reheat the overnite noodle.. I still proud of my own cook spaghetti tastier than them.

Sugarbun

Today evening Timothy ask me out to have some snacks in Sugarbun. The new advertised *smoked chicken/beef burger* was released since last few weeks. So I give a try to order myself a smoked beef burger and the taste was good. The waffle is fail, price tag at RM3.8 with few honey syrup and a scoop of vanilla. The size of waffle is disappointing as well. I can get a better one in *magic bite* store around Kuching for just RM2.00

Harry Potter

Today my friend K.han and me go watch Harry Potter at King Theater Cinema. The duration of the movie last for more than 2 hours. There's one part of the movie where the crowd in the cinema hall were all concentrate what harry potter doing then one of the viewer got shock and scream when the spooky zombie appear in split second where we don't expect it to be. Overall, its worth to watch it if u don't like to read books.

My Aunt's birthday last friday. I'm happy I can celebrate with her since her birthday fall on my holiday break. She is 62 years old ady and she still a strong women with a strong characteristic.

We went to Tea House nearby our previous school SMK Methodist. While we waiting for the foods we play black and white (5 in a row).
So lucky to win him at 1st game then he beat me 4 times but I win again at the end.
