Back to my Hometown

Today morning I go to the airport and have a nice time at starbuck, the reason why I buy this drink because I want to know what so special about it and why the price tag r so high... in the end I can't tell the differences because I'm not a coffee lover. Anyway the choco sweet shop in airport have this "Buy 2 Free 1" offer at the moment because most of the chocos gonna expire next month lolz... so grab it while stock last. Very fine flight today because of fine weather and day, reach at Sibu within 30mins :)

Today my friends and me going to airport in Kuching because he is going back to Penang, so while we are walking the path inside, we spot the aquarium with kind of colorful fish. Nemo ftw! its so small lolz

Fish Oh Fish!

Oh yea, just now i had steamed tilapia fish as my late dinner :)

The above items that I used to make fish sauce are thick soya sauce, light soya sauce, ginger, and lastly dunno wat name for tat vege.

For the fish sauce, Firstly, heat up the sauce pan, add cooking oil then chopped ginger. After you can smell the ginger's aroma, add 3 spoonful of red wine. Lastly, stir it and pour it onto the fish plate and add the vege on top.

Then prepare a wok, filled it with hot water and steam it for 5-8 mins depending on the size of fish.

The Manhattan Fish Market

Yea had my supper at Manhattan Fish Market, at 1st glance I thought it will be awesome restaurant with many dishes to choose from but... its just 3 column of menu to choose. It is pricey coz we pay more for the restaurant name itself more than the menu.

This set cost RM48++ able to serve 2 or 3 ppls which is the most portion dish to choose from..

The bottom was the fried rice with a smell of garlic (my favor kind of fried rice), and u can see the creamy cheese sauce with italian herbs on top of sea foods.
